#Sejarah Jaringan Komputer#

Jaringan merupakan suatu koleksi orang-orang terpisah yang berkomunikasi satu dengan lainya memanfaatkan media komunikasi yang dipakan bersama-sama. Jaringan sudah ada sejak tahun 300000sm,di jaman primitif orang-orang yang berpindah-pindah menggunakan batu karang yang digoreskan kepadabatu biasa atau batu goa untuk mencatat data kehidupan mereka agar dapat di ketahui keberadaanya.Pada abad pertengahan Sebelum mengenal sistem komputer orang-orang melakukan komunikasi jaringan dengan media seadanya misalnya asap yang digunakan oleh orang-orang indian, burung merpati yang digunakan untuk mengirim surat Dsb.

Pada abad pertengan sesudah masehi orang-orang menciptakan komputer untuk melakukan sistem jaringan komunikasi,Konsep jaringan komputer lahir pada tahun 1940-an di Amerika dari sebuah proyek pengembangan komputer MODEL I di laboratorium Bell dan group riset Harvard University yang dipimpin profesor H. Aiken. Pada mulanya proyek tersebut hanyalah ingin memanfaatkan sebuah perangkat komputer yang harus dipakai bersama.Ditahun 1950-an ketika jenis komputer mulai membesar sampai terciptanya super komputer maka di buatkanlah sebuah komputer untuk melayani bebrapa terminal.Untuk itu ditemukan konsep distribusi proses berdasarkan waktu yang dikenal dengan nama TSS (Time Sharing System), maka untuk pertama kali bentuk jaringan (network) komputer diaplikasikan. Pada sistem TSS beberapa terminal terhubung secara seri ke sebuah host komputer. Dalam proses TSS mulai nampak perpaduan teknologi komputer dan teknologi telekomunikasi yang pada awalnya berkembang sendiri-sendiri.Memasuki tahun +-1970-an, setelah banyak dan harga perangkat komputer besar mulai terasa sangat mahal, maka mulailah digunakan konsep proses distribusi (Distributed Processing).ketika harga-harga komputer kecil sudah mulai menurun dan konsep proses distribusi sudah matang, maka penggunaan komputer dan jaringannya sudah mulai beragam dari mulai menangani proses bersama maupun komunikasi antar komputer (Peer to Peer System) saja tanpa melalui komputer pusat. Untuk itu mulailah berkembang teknologi jaringan lokal yang dikenal dengan sebutan LAN. Demikian pula ketika Internet mulai diperkenalkan, maka sebagian besar LAN yang berdiri sendiri mulai berhubungan dan terbentuklah jaringan raksasa WAN.

Pada tahun 1969 ketika Departemen Pertahanan Amerika, U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) memutuskan untuk mengadakan riset tentang cara menghubungkan sejumlah komputer agar membentuk jaringan organik. Program riset demikian dikenal dengan nama ARPANET.

Pada Tahun 1971, jaringan ARPANET mulai berkembang lagi dari yang pada mulainya hanya bisa menghubungkan 4 host menjadi 23 host dan mempunyai 15 node,node ialah tiap komputer,printer atau periferal yang terhubung dengan jaringan dan disebut node..

Pada Tahun 1972, Roy Tomlinson berhasil menyempurnakan program email yang ia ciptakan pada tahun 1971 untuk ARPANET. Program emailnya begitu mudah, sehingga iangsung menjadi populer. Pada tahun yang sama, ikon @ pun diperkenalkan sebagai lambang penting yang menunjukan “at” atau “pada”.

Tahun 1973, jaringan komputer ARPANET mulai di kembangkan ke luar Amerika Serikat. Komputer University College di London merupakan komputer pertama di luar Amerika yang menjadi anggota jaringan ARPANET. Pada tahun yang sama, dua orang ahli komputer, yakni Vinton Cerf dan Bob Kahn, mempresentasikan sebuah gagasan besar, yaitu “A Protocol for Packet Network Intercommunication”. Gagasan merupakan cikal-bakal lahirnya protokol Transmission Control Program (TCP). Ide ini dipresentasikan untuk pertama kalinya di Universitas Sussex.

Hari bersejarah berikutnya adalah 26 Maret1976 ketika Ratu Inggris berhasil mengirimkan email dari Royal Signals and Radar Establishment di Malvern. Setahun kemudian, sudah iebih dari 100 komputer yang bergabung di ARPANET membentuk sebuah jaringan atau network.

Pada1979, Tom Truscott, Jim Ellis, dan Steve Bellovin menciptakan newsgroup pertama yang diberi nama USENET. Tahun 1981, France Telecom menciptakan gebrakan dengan meluncurkan telepon televisi pertama, di :nana orang bisa sating menelepon sambil berhubungan dengan video link.Karena komputer yang membentuk jaringan semakin hari semakin banyak, maka kita membutuhkan sebuah protokol resmi yang diakui oleh semua jaringan. Pada tahun 1982, terbentuklah Transmission Control Protocol atau TCP dan IP yang kini kita kenal semua. Sementara itu, di Eropa muncul jaringan komputer yang dikenal dengan Eunet. Eunet menyediakan jasa jaringan komputer di negara-negara seperti Inggris, Denmark, dan Swedia. Jaringan Eunet menyediakan jasa email dan newsgroup USENET.

Untuk menyeragamkan atamat di jarinqan komputer yang pada tahun 1984 sistem nama domain diperkenalkan. Kini, kita mengenalnya sebagai DNS. Komputer yang tersambung dengan jaringan yang ada sudah 1000 komputer lebih. Pada 1987, jumtah komputer yang tersambung ke jaringan melonjak 10 kali lipat menjadi 10.000 lebih.

Tahun 1988, Jarko Oikarinen dari Finlandia menemukan dan sekaligus memperkenalkan IRC (Internet Relay Chat). Setahun kemudian, jumlah komputer yang saling berhubungan kembali melonjak 10 kali lipat datam setahun. Tak kurang dari 100.000 komputer kini membentuk sebuah jaringan.

Tahun 1990 adalah tahun paling bersejarah. Tim Berners Lee menemukan program editor dan browser yang bisa menjelajah dari satu komputer ke komputer lainnya, yang membentuk jaringan. Program inilah yang disebut www, atau World Wide Web.

Tahun 1992, komputer yang saling tersambung membentuk jaringan sudah melampaui sejuta komputer, dan di tahun yang sama muncul istilah surfing (menjelajah).

Tahun 1994, situs-situs dunia maya tetah tumbuh menjadi 3000 alamat halaman dan untuk pertama kalinya virtual shopping atau e-retail muncul di situs. Dunia langsung berubah. Di tahun yang sama, Yahoo!(Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle), yang merupakan search engine, didirikan oleh dua orang mahasiswa Stanford University bernama Jerry Yang dan David Filo.Sampai sekarang, jaringan komputer terus berkembang seiring perkembangan dunia teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat.

Finally in the year 2001 I enter a school SMP which located in Kecamatan Binong, SMP the enough far his situation that is around 12km from my house. and use vehicle of car more or less eat the time twenty minutes. and that thing I do every day and each every morning. but my father and my mother agreed for put into me to TK AL-Markaz school . and me join in wish my father and my mother mentioned, at time i'am sit in little nol class, and first day i'am in to school
